But our Best Price Promise isn't just about being affordable; it's about giving you peace of mind knowing you're getting top-quality products without having to endlessly search for the best deal. You'll see our eligible products marked with a 'Best Price Promise' badge.

It applies to both in store and online purchases. If you find the same stocked item that is at a lower price somewhere else, we'll match the price.

How Do I Qualify For Your Best Price Promise?

1. The competing product must be identical (SKU, color, brand, etc.), in stock, and available for immediate delivery from an authorized Australian retailer.
2. The competitor’s price must be current on the day of the request and include any additional fees and charges.

Our Price Check Promise is designed to ensure you always get the best price when shopping with us. However, certain terms and conditions apply:

We do not match prices for stock liquidations, including competitor clearance products or items sold by a business in administration.
Products sold and shipped by third-party sellers on our Marketplace are excluded from our Price Check Promise.
Our Best Price Promise does not apply to items that are discounted due to bulk or commercial purchases.
Cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions offered by competitors will not be considered in our price assessment.
Our Best Price Promise does not apply to competitor services such as installations, hire services, or cleaning.
'Gift with purchase' items are not eligible for price matching.
Once an item has been purchased at our store, it cannot be price matched.
Bundle/bonus offers are not eligible for price matching.
We do not price match member-only prices offered by retailers like Amazon or Catch.com.au.
Products shipped from overseas are not eligible for price matching.
Our Price Check Promise does not apply to trade and commercial sales.
Second hand products are not eligible for price matching.
The competitor's price must be current on the day of the request.
The product must be identical in every way and in stock with the competitor.
The product must be brand new, not carton damaged, factory second, or refurbished.
We only price match with Australian retailers who are authorised dealers of the brand being sold.
We do not match prices from eBay, Gumtree, Kogan and related Marketplaces (Dick Smith, Matt Blatt), MyDeal, Catch Marketplace, or other marketplace sites.
The price we match must not be conditional on financing or payment restrictions, installation or additional service plans, purchasing other products along with the item, stock clearances, end of line promotions, or liquidations.
We reserve the right not to match price errors or mistakes.
We will not price match if the competitor's price is below our cost price, the product is a demonstration model, second hand or refurbished, or if the offer is an in-store offer only.
Once a Price Match is agreed, no further discounts or promotional offers, such as Bonus Gift Cards or Gifts with Purchase, will be given.
Price match requests are valid on the day of request only and prior to purchase. Prices will only be held for longer periods at our discretion.
